Alemite 7089 is a hose assembly for standard button head fittings that consists of a hose assembly model 317850-1, adapter Model 305859, nut and swivel stud assembly (model 301980) And button head coupler assembly (model 42030). The 12 in. Long hose assembly consists of two permanently attached male couplings 1/8 in. Nptf and a 3/16 in. Id x 0.48 in. Od hose with burst Pressure of 12, 000 psi. The hose tube is made of reinforced oil-resistant synthetic rubber and the couplings of zinc-plated steel for improved resistance to corrosion. The button head coupler assembly (standard pull-on Type) is made of zinc-plated corrosion resistant steel. It has a female thread of 7/16 in.-27 NS-2 and features a rubber insert. The hose Assembly's maximum working pressure is 4, 800 psi and can only be used with Hand-operated equipment (including manual grease guns).
